STRESS FREE Just For Today Some might argue that no one can be totally stress-free. Sure, we’re living in a world filled with stimuli – wanted and unwanted – but there’s no need to slowly allow ourselves to implode. It is often said that our conscious minds are innate pessimists, the cruellest of critiques, and over-judgmental – especially towards ourselves – therefore learning how to work with this inner critic in order to get to our subconscious mind, is extremely advantageous. The subconscious mind is a rich source of raw potential and far more beneficial and pleasurable to work with than the conscious mind and this is because it doesn’t just take care of all our bodily functions automatically, but also accepts everything we tell it at face value. It’s totally devoid of judgment, objection, or criticism. But the trick is that we have to first know how to skillfully slip past our conscious mind in order to gain access to that super level, the subconscious mind. Slipping past the cons
