6 STEPS TO ACHIEVING OUR VIBRATIONAL BEST Living for long periods in a pool of lower vibrations (I call the lv-pool or “lv-pull”) such as feelings of guilt, shame, fear, resentment, anger and other lower vibrational emotions is harmful both psychologically and physiologically. It damages even the cells in our body. Thus, if we want to live happier, healthier lives, it is vital that we raise our vibrations. Here are 6 steps to achieve this: 1. Mindfulness Living in the now is important. Yesterday is only a place of learning not living. It doesn’t help to linger or even take up residence there. Constantly wishing we had done things differently is a perfect example of residing in the past. It’s an lv-pool where our body, mind and spirit cannot thrive or sustain us over long periods of time. So, we need to strive to live more moments in the now. Taking the time to actually enjoy every sip of coffee instead of drinking mindlessly while thinking of a stressful task
